SPECIAL TRAIL PASS

The North End Ski Trails (32km) are one of the few places in the immediate area that are open and available for skiing once the American Birkebeiner enters final race preparations and grooming.

The North End Ski Club welcomes visitors and locals to ski our trails, which (conditions permitting) we will groom on a regular basis during Birkie week.

We are offering a special trail pass for the 10-day period leading up to the Birkie. Normally $10 per day, you can ski as much as you like for:

$25 per skier for the entire period: February 16-25.

The North End ski trails are groomed at least twice a week during the week and usually receive a refresher on the skate lane on the weekend. The North End Classic Trail is groomed once a week. Grooming is, of course, dependent on new snow received, lack of new snow, temperatures, equipment operation and volunteer availability. But on any given day, you may expect the main trails to have been groomed within the past 48-72 hours.
